Though you can find beautiful pieces of jewelry at Urban Emporium, Bexley’s Libby Schmitz is returning luxury jewelry to the Bexley scene with the opening of Front Street Jewelers.

If your teen plays girls’ volleyball, swimming or boys’ track and field, you might already know Tyler Mansfield. The athletic dynamo was a three-sport athlete while at Bexley High School in those three same sports, earning varsity letters in each from her freshman to senior year.

Matt Murphy, the owner of TT Murph’s on Livingston near James Rd. has called the 43209 home for his entire life. Kenny Yee, owner and operator of this east-side fixture, was born and raised in Eastmoor, attended Eastmoor High School, and after earned a degree in finance from the Ohio State University in 1983.

Though Andrea Boxill calls herself an artist and Shanne Lopez is a fantastic baker who dreams of opening a food truck, their love and commitment to caring for others is a defining pillar of their lives.

It’s easy to forget that many of us live our wonderful, safe community in part due to privilege that our parents (likely) gave us, and a dash of pure luck.
