Elevate Human Performance and Physical Therapy is operated by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy and certified personal trainers/coaches. We offer 24/7 access, group classes, private training, as well as physical therapy services, supplements/nutrition consulting, and recovery services (cold plunge, sauna, compression gear, etc.)

Elevate Human Performance and Physical Therapy is very excited about the opportunity to serve the Bexley community. In that light, we are hosting a Community Day and Launch Party on October 5th from 12-5pm on-site. We will have food trucks, giveaways, live music, and other wellness vendors/events like a mobile sauna, cold plunges, and fitness classes. This is a family/kid friendly event. We hope to partner with the local community to help provide greater access to the highest quality and accessible health and wellness services.

Chametz Burning

Chametz Burning

To make Passover even more special this year, on Sunday, April 14 Chabad is holding a unique pre-Passover ceremony called Biur Chametz, or the Burning of Chametz. This is a ritual in which Jews burn all leavened products such as bread, cookies, cakes, pastas, tortillas, crackers and other items prior to the Passover holiday. As a way to make this ancient practice fun and exciting, fire jugglers, flamethrowers and a bonfire will be there to help burn the leavened products.
