BCF Loves Summer in Bexley!

Summer in Bexley means Community Events, days at the Pool, the Bexley Farmers’ Market and walks around our beautiful City; all things funded through grants from our Bexley Community Foundation!

The flowers at Drexel Circle, shade structures at the Pool and timing equipment used by our Bexley Marlins Swim Team are all projects funded by our BCF. Check out the Main Event on Capital’s front lawn, Jazz in the Park at Havenwood Park and of course, the 4th of July run, parade and evening activities, also all grants awarded from our BCF. Both North and South Community Gardens are in full bloom, having received over $140,000 in grants from our BCF.

And don’t forget the newly opened Bexley Dog Park and Splash Pad at Schneider Park, also funded by our BCF! Finally, save the date for the Bexley Recreation and Park’s Splish, Splash and Dash on Saturday, August 19th. It is a blast! We love summer and we love Bexley!
